THE NOWT TRACKER
When using the NOWT Tracker, certain aspects of your Game Instance are sent to the Tracker API automatically
This is including, but not limited to: Your game type and version, Steam ID, Job Status and Job Data. All information sent by the Tracker is processed through the API (located at: service.chunkbanned.dev).
When API requests are sent, they are automatically logged, these logs contain when the request was sent and what IP it was sent by. When a Job is sent, the Job data will be stored to our database. During a Job, data about the Job will be automatically sent and stored for a feature known as Timeline.
COLLECTING & USING YOUR DATA
We like to keep things simple. We do not track your data unless you are giving data to us.
When you fill out a form through our website, every piece of information that you give to us is stored on our database.
When You access the forms on our website by or through a device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device You use, Your device’s unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. This is not given to any third parties.
RETENTION OF YOUR DATA
The company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usaged Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
DELETING YOUR DATA
You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the personal data that we have collected.
You may update, amend, or delete your information at any time sending an email to vtc@nowt.cc, ensuring that you outline details you have given to us, and we will delete these upon request.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
